Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world via DHL.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, custom duties or fees that their items incur upon entry to their country of delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we're happy to refund your product(s). Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the item(s).
Please contact us before you send the product.
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is clean and in its original packaging
- The product isn't used, modified or damaged
- The product still has its original tags attached
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
A refund will only be processed once the purchased item(s) have been received back at our facilities. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, to:

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Adelina Casini. We recommend using a tracked mail service.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
